You need to bring a swimsuit, a towel, some water, sunscreen, and a pair of sunglasses.
We provide everything else.
We recommend one lesson per day because they are tiring and we need you to concentrate on learning efficiently - however, this can be discussed as it depends on your own physical capacity.
We set the time of your class the day before, so we'll have the latest wind forecast update then - we all depend on the wind, so we have to be quite flexible.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes early.
